1. You will not use my service to house music/movies for anyone.
2. You will not put pornographic material on your website.
3. You will not run high process requiring scripts.
4. You will not send spam using my service.
5. You will not install any proxy scripts on a free account.
6. I reserve the right to delete your account and website if I see inappropriate material being uploaded.
7. You will not run a torrent site using a free account.
8. I reserve the right to cancel your account at any time if I see you have broken these rules.
10. I reserve the right to change your website at any time if I deem some material on it inappropriate.
10a. This includes editing/deleting material.
11. You will not make money of my free services, unless you discuss it with me first.
12. You must upload content to your free site, else it will get deleted.
13. You will not upload a 'link farm' site.
14. You will not run a file hosting site as a free user.
15. You will not upload iprober or any server scanning script, you may contact me if you have questions about the server.
16. You acknowledge any and all fees due to abuse: First TOS violation = account deletion. Second TOS violation = IP banned + 50$ fee to get it unbanned. Third TOS violation = IP Banned + 100$ fee to get it unbanned. Fourth violation = Report your IP to your ISP for legal actions.
17. I reserve the right to examine any data you upload to the servers.
18. You will not upload copyrighted material or link to where you can download copyrighted material
18a. This rule holds for paid hosting also, this is a 0 tolerance rule and could cause you to be fined.
19. You will have fun while using my services!
20. Unmetered bandwidth is unmetered, however, to prevent abuse, this is only a reasonable amount. Free users have very small amount that is considered reasonable. However, paid users have a lot more breathing room. Using gigs and gigs in a day is not reasonable.
21. Free sites may not have a front page that is password protected
22. I reserve the right to change the TOS at anytime.
